I'm a MSP in Australia, we have a large client using Revit who would like to have remote access for their draftsmen.
I've been asked to confirm what recommended hardware/software packages that Autodesk would suggest to build this solution. Idealy I'd like to speak with a pre-sales engineer but can't seem to find an email address or any way to contact the Australin office.
Is anyone able to please assist me with (in particular) the server hardware requirements?
