No.  Revit does not have layers like AutoCAD.

You can export revit to dwg, open dwg file in autocad and export it to dwf.

Can I export only one file with all the sheets?

If you mean one dwg file, which includes all revit sheets, unfortunately, no. But you can merge dwf files. Refer to this thread.
