Revit to Archicad

Hi,

I made 3D model of building in Revit, but customer wants to use Archicad.
When I open the IFC Model from Revit to Archicad, some elements (stairs, some doors, etc.) looks like Morphs  (elements without any information, only surfaces).

Have you encountered this problem? Does anyone know how to solve it?

At what point was this decision made? What is the relation between you and your customer? Are you a consultant and they're an architect? Do you have Archicad, or are you just trying to help them open your Revit model in Archicad?

This seems like something that should have been decided on BEFORE you modeled anything.

I'm trying to help them open a file in Archicad.
They knew at first that I only work in Revit.

I don't have any experience in Archicad, so I can't help you with that, but I certainly hope they are compensating you for the time you are spending trying to help them figure out THEIR software, when they knew you use a different one from the start.
