Revit tags not copying in the same view view

Hello Dears,

Unusual Problem, I'm dealing with Revit 2021 and trying to copy tags from one element to another or even in the same element all in the same view and nothing happens what is the reason? despite being everything is okay and I made it several times before please watch the video

this is too fast and bad quality video,but i think you should use Free End or uncheck the Leader Line :

Sorry About the video, but the matter is simple can't copy tag within the same view even the reference is the same element or another element, I tried your solution but not working

You know , i make the Model Groups with Attached Details group (include Tags) and use that in all views!!

Yes, But it's not possible in my model it's extremely complicated I just want to know what is the reason it's to strange And I'm pretty sure that everything is okay

I don't know,I always copy the tags and use the tags group but I never seen this issue,could you share part of your project?

I don't see any problem, but i don't have 2021 any more , so may be  this is issue from 2021 !!!

Thank you very much, yes I ensured that the issue in 2021 version after your reply and not happening all the time.
