Hello currently at the company i work out we create house types in revit but site plans in autocad. We are looking at now creating site plans in Revit. One of the advantage to site plan in Revit is we could create out accommodation schedule in revit(sample below). I wanted some advice on how best to set up this type of schedule....

  • Plot number = would need to be manually inputted in the site plan
  • House Type = would just be a description parameter? but could this be set in the model so generates in schedule automatically?
  •  Area = again could the area be manually typed into the model itself so it would populate the accommodation schedule in the site plan automatically? any tips or samples of how you do it would appreciated thanks

I would use the Key Schedule to achieve this. In the key schedule you can create set of conditions you want the data to fill in.

When you create new property, you can swap the type from none to A or B. If you have more conditions, this list will add to you drop down menu.
