I'm working on a project where I will use a sheet template from the costumer to produce drawings.
The problem is that the text boxes where the project information goes is only a questionmark, and I can't write anything in the box.
Does it have something to do with the shared parameters?
Does it have to be done manually in for example AutoCAD?
When I double click the template and go to edit mode, the correct information is present at their text boxes.

Yes the "?" is looking for specific information and when it cannot find it it records with reference.
In the Titleblock these Text Blocks are Labels and are linked to Parameters and those Parameters are likely to be linked to the Titleblock but have not been added to the Template or Project created from the Template.
You could simply change these Text Boxes to Text Boxes rather than Labels and this will allow manual input.
Or
Add the Shared Parameters into the Project (ensure they are also added into the Template for future use)
Look at this thread and use the post from ToanDN with the step-by-step images if you want to extract the Shared Parameter's from the Titleblock to use in the Project
