Revit Realistic View Doesn't Match Elevation

Revit newbie here! I am putting a facade together where we have large wood slats (about 2" x 7") which break down into smaller wood slats (about 2" x 2").

For some reason the wood slats align (as intended) in the realistic view but don't align in the elevation view. Why is this? And what is the most accurate way I can build this facade to make sure it creates good drawings for CDs?

Looks like it is hidden in the view.  Maybe in another Phase?

Here's 32 other guesses...

I looked through the suggestions and it looks like they are mostly related to hidden objects. These slats aren't hidden, they are different sizes and only aligning on specific views. Thank you though.

FIGURED IT OUT! You were right it WAS hidden behind a piece of glazing with air as the material! Now I just need to figure out how to push the "glazing" to the back.
