Revit 2021 architecture metric

Hello I'm really to revit and I'm doing a course on how to use it but today it's not loading the same as it did yesterday.im using revit 2021 and architecture metric but I cant do the rest of the course if I'm not on the same settings. Its tool bar and menu at top is different and I dont know why. 

Please can anyone help?

Thank you so much for your help. I'm useless at this! I've got so much to learn. feel slightly overwhelmed.

I would love to be good at this someday soon. thank you and I can carry on with the course now.

Don't worry. At some point, all of us were useless.  Carry on using the software and you will improve.  You already know about the ribbon whereas you didn't previously, so you're a step further down the journey.
