if you try to install Revit 2017, try to switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before installation.
it could be your Revit 2016 is corrupted. is there anyway you can repair or reinstall?

This looks to be the same issue as Puya was having over on this thread;

This would seem to start to point towards an issue with Revit or something with the install.
@filipimoreno.az - when did the problem start for you, did you make any changes to your PC setup, install new software, windows updates etc?

No, no solutions yet, but we are a bit further on as we know 2 people have this issue. So hopefully if we can get a bit more info we might be able to start to figure out what is causing the issue although I suspect it might become an issue for ADesk Dev.
