Revit printing preview/setup/selection does not work

Hello, I'm having a problem with my revit printing options. When I try to press any option, in the print window, as preview, setup or selection it does not work. On my last project everything went fine but right now nothing is working. Does anyone could help me? Thanks

Hi, I was using Revit 2016 and then i tried to install the 2017 version. Both educational. But the problem continues. I tried to reinstall twice.

if you try to install Revit 2017, try to switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before installation.

it could be your Revit 2016 is corrupted. is there anyway you can repair or reinstall?

How do I install the autodesk's updates? I already repair and reinstall revit 2016. didn't work out. Thanks

@filipimoreno.az  hello, if you are under autodesk subscription you need to go to your account and you wll see management then product updates. hope it helps. thanks

This looks to be the same issue as Puya was having over on this thread;

This would seem to start to point towards an issue with Revit or something with the install.

@filipimoreno.az - when did the problem start for you, did you make any changes to your PC setup, install new software, windows updates etc?

No, no solutions yet, but we are a bit further on as we know 2 people have this issue.  So hopefully if we can get a bit more info we might be able to start to figure out what is causing the issue although I suspect it might become an issue for ADesk Dev.
