Revit PDF printing issues (smaller type, shifted left)

We have a client we're working with who is having issues when printing a PDF file from Revit 2018. The output files have smaller text which is also shifted to the left a bit. Please see the below screenshots for examples. I have a feeling this is a scaling issue (possibly resolution/DPI scaling), but I wanted to see if anyone can shed some light on what to do. Thanks in advance!

What PDF printer? Edit it and embed all fonts.

According to Adobe Reader, Helvetica fonts are embedded in the PDF.

Never heard of that one. Can you share a srceenshot of the Clarity PDF printer settings/preferences where it says fonts are embedded?

I would try with another PDF creator to compare. We use Docuflow that is in the Autodesk App Store. It works flawlessly.
