Revit Ordinate Dims

Hi All,

I'm working on adding an ordinate dimensions to our drawings and I've got them looking correctly... only I cant seem to adjust the text of the dimension with the witness line. There are a number of dimensions right close together, and the text overlaps so you cant see all the dimensions. I can move the text, but it doesnt move the witness line, so the text is just floating but there's no line showing where its dimensioning to.  See images below. 2 are from revit, one is auto cad, I'd like for the revit dimension to angle the witness line and move with the text

Puzzling that Ordinate Dimensions don't have the Show Leader when Text Moves option. I don't ever use Ordinate Dimensions, but I am curious.

@Jessicas

We use ODims on Structural and Blockwork layouts and I'm not sure if those ODims were ever so crammed that we needed Leaders; however, having the Leader option in Ordinate Dims could be useful...

Someone already posted the suggestion on Revit Ideas but it doesn't seem to be a very popular one so far. If you desperately need it you should vote for it on the link below
