Revit Opening Multiple tabs of same view

This is one that stumps me.  It happens in some files and not others, so I have a feeling this is a file management issue and not a global Revit issue.  In some files if I click on a view, say my floor plan, and I forget I have that view open in a tab and double click on it again, it will open another tab of the same view.  But now, it renames the tabs to just say 1 and 2, without the view name.  In some files, which is what I'm used to, if you double click a view that's already open, it goes to the open tab.

Does anyone know what setting this is that I can change it so it always just switches to the open tab if I've already opened it?

Thanks,

Mike

There is nothing in that setting that has to do with view tabs.  Here's an image of what I have.  Using Revit 2020, BTW.

It was a shot in the dark guess. Obviously, I missed.
