You need to set the path in the Options menu where your templates are.

 

The Revit default templates are usually saved here C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2020\Templates\US Metric

The directory where Revit usually saves it's templates is in my first response. I don't believe it would ever be in you 'My Documents' folder.

It doesn't at all look like your in the location that I've directed you. The Revit default templates are usually saved here C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2020\Templates\US Metric

The Program Data folder is hidden.

 

Open the "View" tab in the ribbon, check the Hidden Items box, and it should show up for you.
