Revit not joing the wall corners.

I am not able to join those wall corners in Revit point cloud project. 

Error, when you trim or extent to corner. 

I am tried with wall joinging tools stil the problem is persist.

In the first image that you attached, It seems like the wall is pinned. Have you tried to unpin all the walls? Or, you might have set the walls not to be allowed to join. (Right click the wall -> Allow to join)

Do they join if you remove the curtain walls?

apologize for the late reply, I did it in different way , I am deleted the walls and created them from scratch by setting base constraints and top contrains, wall location line, it worked. as given in image below.

I am found the wall types were diffferent and thier height constraints were different, this may be the cause.
