revit model vs pdf visualization

Good morning. I have a new issue by converting my Revit drawings into PDF: please find attached pictures for your reference. I have another Revit File, pdf converting is totally fine, vector processing is set in both files, same pdf printing settings...

Recent window cause PDF output to crap out. Did you try to uninstall the windows update?

Good morning, thank you for your message. I followed all step to uninstall updates, I was able to uninstall 2 of 3 of them after doing the "if issue" process.

this is what I am getting:

I cannot find the vector control bar, please advise, thank you
