Revit Lt - Toposolid Split Curve Issue

Hello everyone, i have just been working on a project which requires me to use toposolids (currently missing the old topo features). I am currently experiencing an issue with the split feature on the toposolid, it appears that once you have made one split with a curve it will no longer allow for any more splits and seems to cause the topography to distort. I have posted a video of the issue, would love to know if anyone else has this problem or if there is a fix?

Not much help but I watched your video and did similar editing and didn't see what your video shows. Perhaps there is something unique about how your elements intersect with contours, or shape editing points?
