Revit LT for use as a supplier?

Hello All,

This is my first post in here, so I´m not quite sure that I´´m posting in the correct part of the forum, but I hope you can help nevertheless. In the last couple of years I´ve been drawing 3D products ind both SolidWorks and now Fusion360 as a cheaper alternative which works fine. The company I work for is a supplier to the building industry - primarily the landscape part, so we often get questions if we have any drawings made in Revit for them to work with, which we don´t - It seems like Fusion360 aren´t that good to import in Revit..
So my question is, if it makes sense for us to buy Revit LT just to draw in our products so that can integrate it directly to their drawings. We use AutoCAD LT at the moment, so the extra cost for Revit LT isn´t that much.. I´ve seen multiple guides on Revit LT, but I can´t really see if it can get the job done? We just want to make it easier for our costumer to import our products.. As far as I´ve read we should be able to do a Product family with all our products which can be imported by our customers?

I hope you guys can help out, since these kind of programs are a bit different compared to my normal 3D programs, so I don´t know what and what not can be done.

Best regards

I´ve already seen the comparison chart, but I can´t really see what the feature that I´m looking is named.. 🙂
I want to make simple 3D drawings of our products which we can share to landscape-/architects so that they can use it in their revit drawings. All the other features which Revit can is more or less irrelevant, since we don´t draw anything else other than the products we sell.

So can Revit do this? 🙂
