Revit Lt comparisons

So my boss is considering the purchase of Revit Lt 2016.

We are a structural engineering consulting firm, but do not use anything other than CAD and all 2D and actually have Revit Lt 2013.

Now I love 3D design, and am somewhat familiar with Revit (self taught), so I was asked to do a comparison between 2013 and 2016 and provide some input (within the next 3 days).

So in a nut shell if anyone can tell me the general differences between the two (pros & cons), I would very much appreciate it. I'm all for the newer version, but I need some selling points.
