Regardless of the color, solid fill doesn't show up. I can do other patterns and they show, but not solid.
What am I doing wrong or what setting do I need to change to make this work?Thank you,
O.K., I'm getting a clue. The fill appears in some views but not in others. I fear using view template, because this occurs in plan views and I don't want to screw up the views, but I will give it a try and undo if I get unexpected results.

That (view templates) doesn't work. One is a plan view (looking down) and the other is a ceiling plan (looking up).
