Revit Freeze

Hi,

When I open revit it instally freeze I cant click on anything and need to force shut it down, the same happens to autocad architecture and it constantly sending me e-mails saying thanks for your regrisation.

I juse Windows 10 and have used revit and autocad for a year on this computer with no problems.

I tried so solve it by reinstall the program installed all the uppgrades.

hello, have you tried to install latest updates and service packs from autodesk and try to update latest graphics to the latest. Try to go Letter Big R on your top left corner of your scrre > go to options > graphics and untick use hardware accelaration. And try to change the windows display setting to 150% - 200% if this works for you. thanks

Hi,

When I try to install uppdate ” autodesk BIM 360 add.in app R7 for autodesk revit 2015” I gett a Error 1603, tried troubleshooting with no luck. I can´t klick on the letter R in revit because the program feezes and wont let me doing anything. When I open up Autodesk Autocad 2017 a erro is coming up saying ” The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. Autocad will shut down now.”

Other than the operating system; can you provide more information about the computer's configuration?

Can you also please provide the Revit Version which you are trying to install? Revit 2014/2015/2016/2017??

Possible solution For Error 1603

1. Go to windows Start >>> type in the search bar %TEMP% then hit ENTER... Select all files and folders found there and press SHIFT+Delete to delete all (If Windows prompt you that some files are in use; you can SKIP all)
2. Also make sure that you have admin rights...
3. Make sure Anti-virus & Firewall are OFF (or exit them completely during download and install)
