There were no known instabilities of the service today, nor other similar reports that I am aware of.  If you have a Journal file from the Revit session where this behavior occurred, can you please post it?

Thanks Kyle. it was occuring in my San Diego office and Portland office at the same time. Then it seemed to be back up and running an hour later. we havent experienced any other issues since.

Glad you are back up and running.  Would be great to get journals anyways, so we could see what failed on your end.
