Revit files opening with parts missing

I'm having an issue with a work share project that I have been using to complete corrections for an architect that I am working for. Every time I open the file after making revisions, chunks of the project are missing (sections of the roof, walls, pavement) and I have no idea why or how to stop it. I check the 3D model every time I save and finish to make sure it is still correct, but then when I open it again, the same thing happens. I have tried saving new central models (as I am the only working on the project), new local models, as well as uploading files to Google Drive instead of saving them on my computer and nothing is working! Please advise.

Thanks

which version of Revit?

are you using worksets?

are you using Phasing in the project?

if you are the only one working in the model why the need to use worksharing?

Firstly, try to replicate the situation on another machine.

Have you tried to do some cleanup on your machine? Delete ALL locals, all files from the Temp directory (a coworker of mine recently cleared 1.2 MILLION files out of his Temp folder!!!!) and then clean out your Recycle Bin. Restart machine.

All else failing, send the file to AutoDesk.

Make sure you open All worksets or at least, Specify the one you need to work on.

Thank you so much, this worked!! I didn't even know this was an option! The project was created for work sharing because multiple people were working on it before it was sent to me and I am just finishing it up.

Thank you, I tried this too! It didn't solve the problem, but I did manage to clean out a lot of excess files.
