Revit file not opening

Dear,

Yesterday I was working on two projects in Revit 2018. This morning I could not open the projects anymore. Error after loading 52%: Autodesk Revit is not working anymore.

All other projects, made before yesterday, worked fine.

Is there a solution to fix the files?

Make sure that you have backups in a safe place.

-Check if one of the backups is still working.

-Try to open the file with audit selected

-Check your journal files and see if and what it is reporting.

-Try to use different computer and see if you can open file there

-If you are on subscription go to your account and create a support ticket and ask Autodesk to have a look.
