Revit Family Name Tags

Hey there, I don't know is it possible to suppress something from the family name? but just on the tag without changing it on the family name, is a fact that It would be just easy to change the family name and that's it, but I need that (CC_) for the shedules.

1. while in Project's Edit Type > Type Parameters  complete  Description or  Type Comments for the Family Type with the desired text 
2. make a Custom Tag which contains the Description or the  Comments as Label Parameters
3. load the Tag into Project
