revit family load problem

hi every one 
i use revit as mep engineer 
and i face problem the items used in system like mechanical,piping ..etc
when i need to use it i require to load this items and i know how to cope this problem but it's require this step 
every time .. every project ,, it's so bad waste of time . 

i need effective way and solve to this problem please

Have them pre-loaded into your project template.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

ok , now i have the revit family contact like doors, duct, pipes ..etc
and know the path of this 
c_program data_ autodesk_ revit 2017_ family templates _ us metric 
and make the places inside the revit option correct 
and the files i check inside the folder 
and load when i make load to it inside the project once i need to use 
but >> i require to load every time ,, every time i open project require to load items

Also make sure you are creating your own template based off of the mechanical template... If you use Default/Architectural you will be hating life.

Hi

If you have worked on a project, loading all the families required... then

 

1. Save that file as a Template " .rte' Revit Template.. and use this template to start a new project.

2. If you have started new project without that template then you can open that template file

and use " Transfer Project Standards " this will allow you to load from other revit file / template..

 

You need to keep two files open to transfer project standards...You need to keep two files open to transfer project standards...
