We keep geting the message shown on the image what ever we answer it. Anybody knows how to stop it. We are using worksharing file.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues.

I'm trying to understand better what you are experiencing - so a few questions for you

• Which version of Revit are you using?
• Can you confirm if you are the latest build of Revit?
• Can you share a screencast of what you are experiencing?
• Can you also share a recent journal to troubleshoot further on my end?

I've seen this error before in a journal where an extension is loading after the error is presented. (i.e. not all updates are loaded before the project is accessed, leading to this error).

This is actually adressed by Autodesk knowledge network but the solution there is not working.
