Revit error: Constraints are not satisfied

When I try to change the value of r which control the radius of the arc shown,it give me this error.The problem only pops up when I type in lower value from 120 on wards.

Looks like your profile is too deep and may cause the sweep to not able to work with tight corner. I chop off the unwanted part of the profile and it works with the radius.

my comment will be in-line with @syman2000, but I wouldn't suggest any modification to the sweep profile. Just accept the fact that that profile can't make that transition radius.  A carpenter in the field probably couldn't either.

You know, we have many families with "CTRL" parameters for preventing users from accidentally entering values that will break the geometry.  In this case, you'd rename the "r" parameter to "r ctrl" and then create another parameter named "r".  Then you would write the following formula for "r ctrl": =if(r>120, r, 120).  This assumes 120 is the break point for the radius.

Causes:

There are constraints to elements outside the group
 
Solution:
Use the Reveal Constraints command to find and remove constraints and try as suggested by @syman2000

...my testing shows that it fails at 2 49/128" in the Revit world.  I doubt that tolerance will hold up in the Real world.  I could be wrong.

Thanks for replying.The problem has been sorted out by simply changing the position of sweep profile.

This is where profile was positined before.As you can see it positioned outside the path

This is the new position,as you can see,the profile is inscribed within the path.

In this  radius can be reduced upto 30 while the last on can only upto 130.
