Revit - drawing sheet title offset to the left - text not in center like normal

That seems Windows Personalisation issue...

you may try to change windows themes .

which windows version you are using?

Got your message.

Am using the latest edition of 64 bit - Windows 10.

Let me correct myself - the Revit drawing sheet tile is off to my Right as I
see the screen, mostly hidden behind the "Type a Keyword or Phrase" window.

See attached copy of error.
