Is there a method of group Door Marks together into one box?

I need to paste the Door Schedule onto a title block and I would want it looking similar to an excel screenshot I have taken.

Currently each door has its own row and its impossible to fit all within the titleblock.

Is there an alternative solution to making a more compacted door schedule?
