Revit dimensions do not match with real math

Hi all!

I'm experiencing an issue where the dimensions I've pulled from Revit do not match my actual calculations. There is a 1/16" difference between the dimensions in Revit and my calculations. I double-checked the dimensions, but the discrepancy remains the same. Does anyone have any insights into why there might be this difference between my calculations and the dimensions in Revit?

Numbers from a calculator (It is supposed to be 10'-0" based on the dimensions from Revit which attached above)

Revit might be rounding dimensions based on the project units' precision settings. If your project is set to round to the nearest 1/8" or 1/16", the displayed dimension might differ slightly from the calculated value. Check Manage > Project Units and ensure the precision is set to a high level

also for a single segment dimension you can see the actual value in the properties.

Here my dimension shows 1516mm but in properties it is actual 1515.9mm.

You can also see the actual value by first selecting the item the dimension is referencing and the clicking into the dimension value. This will work on a dimension strings.

Thank you so much! This helps me a lot to understand. May I ask you what precision you are using for your project setting?
