Revit DB Link failed to commit changes to database

I created an ODBC connection to an MS SQL server and I use it to export data from Revit 2020 to the database using Revit DB Link.

I try to export the sample Architecture Revit project that comes with Revit. For some reason the data commiting failes two times showing the following error messages:

error 1.PNG

then

error 2.PNG

and here is the exception message I receive:

error 3.PNG

Also I'm attaching a copy of the error report and the Journal file for that session.

By the way, I have no issue when I export to ODBC using File -> Export -> ODBC then select the same ODBC connection.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Let it work like a charm.

Hello @Mustafa.Salaheldin

I understand the problem you're facing only happens with DB Link and not when exporting to ODBC using the same data source.

The screenshots relate to the [Materials] table.

Although the error code is slightly different, Does the solution help from this article to identify long data values on some of the material parameters.
