Revit: Copying And Pasting at Same Location Across Sheets

So I have a scale bar, and I copy it from the source sheet with with Ctrl-C and paste to the target sheet with Ctrl-V, and everything looks good.  It's highlighted and in exactly the same spot on the target sheet as it was on the source sheet.

Problem is, I cannot find the keystroke or mouse-click to complete the task.  Prompt says 'Click to enter move end point' but neither pressing 'Enter' nor clicking the left mouse button completes the command and pastes the scale bar at EXACTLY the same point on the target sheet as it was on the source sheet.

Anyone have a recipe for the secret sauce here?

Thanks in advance!

Sadly, there's none. Really stupid. Made this an idea way back, but never materialized....

why you don't use the Modify->Paste...

Summary: Instead of Ctrl-V, use the 'Aligned to Same Place' option from the 'File/Paste' ribbon menu to complete the desired task successfully.   Also note multiple sheets can be selected as the target!

Paste Aligned to View then select multiple sheets to paste it to.  You can create a KB shortcut such as CTRL + ALV + V.
