Revit Cloud Rendering queue

I set multiple things to render in the cloud yesterday around 5 p.m. (Before I left work). Now, normally it renders throughout the night and everything is complete by the next day. But that did not happen today. I came back and not a single thing rendered. Instead, it seems as if everything paused because when I opened the Render Cloud this morning, it began continuing the renderings (When it should have continued throughout the night).

So my question for you is if you can help me understand why this happened or if you know of a way for me to get a membership or some kind of quality program where the renderings in the queue (within the cloud) render immediately or as they are supposed to.

I have a few assumptions as to why this may have happened. The rendering process in the cloud varies throughout the day; If I render a 600 DPI 16 MegaPixel image in the morning, it can take as little as 10 minutes. But if I take that exact same rendering and try again during mid-afternoon, the estimated time will shoot to 1-10 hours. I am thinking this happens because the Revit Cloud is used by several others who also have a lot of images in the queue waiting to be rendered. So more traffic and less speed in the afternoon and less traffic and more speed in the evening makes sense to me.

Does anybody know of a solution? I have done this process several times before and it hasn't given me any issues until now.
