Revit Cloud Links broken for a single user

We have 2 models linked directly from ACC. Both are Cloud workshared models.

One user is getting a missing link error when opening the file. When they try to reload from it only directs them to Desktop Connector/Autodesk Docs

I figured it was as corrupted cache file so we deleted the cache but the problem persists. DC is up to date as is Revit

V 2022 DC 16.5.0.2083 Models are linked directly user has full permissions for the folders it is working for everyone else.

Is everyone on the same Revit build #?

Similar problem here:

I use a desktop at work and a laptop at home. Same build (2020.2.12.1) and Windows 11 on all machines. Everything is updated, and logged to same Adesk account.

Linked models show correctly on the laptop but won't load on the desktop.

Funnily, Autodesk Docs is accessible via "desktop" on the laptop (the one working) and via "this computer" on the the desktop (with the broken links)

Any thought, anyone?

We have a similar situation. We checked everything possible and the problem still exists. Seems like something has gone wrong on the specific computer and cannot get past the fact.

seems like the problem was caused by add-ins on the specific computer. So our situation was resolved.

I am also struggling with this. I think it has to do with pathing through the Desktop connecter.

This thread is about Revit links. Point clouds are handled a bit differently.

Did you upload the point cloud with the connector or directly to ACC via a browser?

What are the differences between the two computers? Location, connection to a shared network, everything up to date on both machines, etc.

Doh! Yeah I will ask another question unless I if find a similar one. And yes placed on ACC through the browser. Both computers are in the same office pod with up to date DC and Revit 2023 version.

If you are on a local network, you don't need to put the model on the cloud. Just put it on the network and enable worksharing, simple.

Wouldn't that be nice. We only have Box now. They took the server away.

That's unfortunate.

I think you should start a new thread and start with how the files are uploaded and the project is set-up.
