Revit cannot run the external application "BIM Interoperability Tools" - "The panel with name Classification Manager already exists!"

Have any of you seen this error when launching Revit 2020 with BIM Interoperability Tools installed? The toolbar is grayed out and the tools aren't accessible. We have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Tools but still gets this error. We have the latest Revit 2020 and BIM Inoperability tools updates.
