Revit cannot run "Results Explorer

I got this error message after updating from 2022.0 to 2022.1.5.  What is it and what do I need to do about it?

The problem was first noticed after I installed the 2022.1 update and the 2022.1.5 hotfix.  I copied the files into the Icon folder and did not notice the warning when I restarted Revit so that may have fixed that problem but ever since I did the upgrades, I had been getting this message and it is preventing me form getting anything done.  

Any idea where to look for resolving this?
