Revit BIM360 Audit issue

We have a Arch.RVT version 2022 on the BIM360 site, with 10 other Engineers RVT also on BIM360 linked into the Arch.rvt.
We were having issues, so we ran the BIM360 "open and audit" option on Arch.rvt.
After this when I open the arch.rvt from the BIM360 site all the linked files are NO longer in my Arch.rvt file (Engineer's steel column 3d items and Floor drains not showing for example).
Some forum notes were to delete the CollaborationCache, so I deleted in my C:\user, but this did Not work.
Also some Engineers noted they cannot open their RVT in BIM360 (the RVT is grayed out and they cannot click on it).
HELP this is an active project in Construction Administration phase and we have RFIs to answer in a hurry (need to measure items in arch vs plumbing, but plumbing is not showing).

have you try specify option instead of open and audit or when you select open and audit go to insert > manage links > revit > reload all the the link files ands see if helps. thanks
