Revit BIM 360 Files Not Accessible from Homepage

Hello, when I open Revit 2021, I am no longer able to access BIM 360 project files in the server via the homepage. This means I can't work on BIM 360 projects in Revit 2021 since there is no way to access BIM 360 from the Open File page. Instead, the icons of the Revit dashboard are greyed out and I cannot access Recent Files. Please advise. Thank you.

Issue was resolved. Two different antivirus software programs prevented conflicted with one another and prevented loading of the home page.

Any update on how you fixed it or what software was causing the issue. The same problem just cropped up for me today. I was fine until today and I have not had any new software updates that would have triggered this that I am aware of.

Well after messing with it for an hour it magically started working again. Not sure what the hang up was. I logged out of Revit multiple times and restarted my computer and non of those things worked. The only thing I did was check to see if I had access in Revit 2020 (which I did). Then I tried Revit 2021 again and it seemed to work. 

Maybe, just maybe accessing BIM 360 through Revit 2020 flipped a switch somewhere to get it to work again in Revit 2021. If anyone else has this issue, try that and let us know if it works for you or if it was just a coincidence for me.
