revit awkward checkbox

Some users are presented a weird checkbox in the Properties Panel:

 revit checkbox.png

Seems to be user-related since the checkboxes show up correct for a different user on the same pc. So I guess the problem can be solved by creating an new user profile, but before I do that, I would like to know if there's a more easy way to fix this?

Wow. I've never seen that before.

What happens if you resize the palettes? What happens if you un-dock / re-dock the palettes? What happens if you close the palettes and then bring them back with the View > User Interface tool?

Weird checkboxes stay the same in any case...

Hi @Simon_Weel

Can you try the following and see if it helps resolve the issue?

Set OptimizedViewNavigation=0 in the revit.ini

@Viveka_CD  I have a similar issue but it only occurs in the visibility graphics menu, all other check boxes are fine.

Can you please help with this issue if you can ?

I've got two versions of Revit installed 2020 and 2022. I've updated graphics drivers and all tried with and without hardware acceleration in the graphics / interface options.

I just had this problem, looked exactly the same as the photos posted. I tried everything(reinstall, change the revit.ini file, deleted config file) it ended up being on a custom display scale on my monitor.
