First of, when posting on the boards please make your title relevant. It almost made me not want to answer your question.
Secondly, is the ironmongery modelled in the door-family or does it exist as a seperate family?
Could you post the door-family or show soms screenshot of what you are doing.

The ironmongery will deviate from the door itself.. Any help Pls?
In what direction does the ironmongery move? Did you make any constraints? Does Revit give you a warning?
It's because the thing you inserted in the family isn't constrained to any of the reference planes that moves when changing parameters, like the height or width of the door. If it has been properly constrained, it will also move accordingly.
You can check this out for more information: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/screencast/Main/Details/f4c...
Although it's for 2015, the principle has not been changed.
Kind regards
Most probably the family has bad constraints. The geometry is not locked to the reference planes which should be driven by dimensions and parameters.

You can align the nested family to the reference plane and lock it. Hit on the padlock.
Families have their origin, which can be used to do this.
