Revit Architecture - Rotating Project North doesn't work on some of my mass geometries

These masses are the ones that I do with In-place mass. Why they are isolated from this action?

I tried to make in-place masses as a group and lock them to 2 surface (so they can move with those 2 surfaces that act like x,y) but after rotation they went invisible. Pls help me

This is a known issue. 
Some suggestions - 

 

Make sure the Disjoin checkbox is checked before rotating. 
Use a rotated scope box

Link your model into another model, rotate, bind the link

Edit your In Place masses. Convert them into families.
