Revit Arch 2011 to Microstation V8

Is there a new way to go directly from  Revit Arch 2011 to Microstation V8 ? All I have heard is DWG 2007 format to DGN V7.

Unfortunately you cannot export to DGN V8 from Revit 2011, as you mentioned V7 is the latest supported version.

IFC may prove to be the best intermediate format, if maintaining object integrity [when possible] is the primary focus:
