Revit And Enscape Compatibility

I have just installed Enscape on my computer. It is NOT Working, it is only getting into the loading screen.

What do I have to do? Is there any issue or compatibility between Revit and Enscape? Why is this just keeping loading and loading, until I have to stop the process.?

Thanks for any help.

… hi @Anonymous

… there is no known issue between the two

… as per your description

… I am certainly sure that the “issue” is with your pc

… enscape is a very easy and friendly app

… but surely, you’ll need a good video card

… as well as some good ram

… check these enscape minimum requirements

… you should clean up your pc

… delete all temp files

… turn off restore points

… if nothing works…. then … maybe reinstall both applications

Also check with the Enscape people - it could be a licensing issue.

Thank you, Yes, it is an old video card compatibility.

My computer is too old for running Enscape and even for Revit, but at least Revit is working.

I'll try to update the computer. What will be the best or in this case the most reasonable specs for it?

Thank you.

Thank you, it is not updating the drivers. It is updating the computer and the video card.

Very old machine, but the worst part is that is only like four years old.

Thank you.

Thank you. I don't think it is license issue. Is that it is not even open, but now I know that it is because of the video card.

Thank you.
