Revit and Desktop Connector

Hey everyone!

So I'm not sure if this is possible but here it goes. For an academic project we are working in groups of 5 and we have to develop some Revit models. I was wondering if we could manage to enable the worksharing option using Desktop Connector. It's important to note that we do not have BIM 360, so our idea is to basically create one model and save it in a folder inside our Autodesk Drive and have that model work as a central model for all of us. We gave it a try but when we try to open it we can not create any local files in our computers.

Hope I was clear enough.

Thanks for the help 🙂

You need BIM360 or you all need to work on the same network.

if you don't have BIM360, you can try Revitserver + VPN.
