revit and autocad automatic shutdown

i tried to open my autocad and revit but there is an error "the license manager is not functioning or is temporarily installed. autocad will shutdown now" and have follow this link but doesn't work. please help any inputs will be appreciated. ithank you

Please clean your %temp% files. also reinstall your revit software. it may be license subsciption issue.

What have you done to try to fix the license manager?
