Revit All Material shading Grey

Hi Dear All Revit User

actually i am new one may be i am doing some mistakes

that's why this problem coming

i exported from max in dxf format my furniture model

than i insert in revit but unfortunately

material all showing grey

please help any one who know the answer.

Hello @Anonymous

You can change the color of the Imported Object from Manage Tab > Settings Panel > Object Style > Imported Objects Panel

from there you can apply your desire materials.

You can also create those as a revit family (.rfa) so you can apply a material and you can also create a parameters associated to the materials.

but what u mention is standard

i already try it after that material still showing in grey shade.

Click on the plus sign next to the Imported file to reveal different layers and assign materials to the layers.
