The origin point (internal origin) is too far ... or the CAD links (or other elements\links) have UFO objects flying around far away from the building.

If you can share the model, I can review it.

Hello,

Try to check this out:

Solved: Show Camera on Plan - Autodesk Community

You can simply delete unused old camera views and create new 3D view and check where it locates.

The camera can be shown both on plan view and section view, if settings (including view range and visibility) are correct.

I think that it's the second option; the linked cad have ufo object far away the building; because every time I try to link a cad for a new level I got this issue

how can I solve this

These numbers indicate the possibility of the internal origin point bring too far away.

Does this happen all the time? even before you bring in the CAD? You might need to clean up the CAD first before you bring it in. Simply copy\paste everything into a new file.
