Revit 3d display issues

I'm using Revit 2022, I have a 250Mb file with a linked Revit model.

the realistic and shaded views show very strange lines throughout the model. very rarely making the duplicate of a view fixes that view.
I have tried on different computers with different hardware it's always the same.
Please see the image attached for reference. Can anybody help to get rid of them?

Looks like it's coming from the Material. Post a Screenshot of the Material's Appearance Tab Properties with all categories expanded.

I have tried removing all the materials from the project. still gives me the same problem. Please see attached image.

I copied the objects with materials in fresh project and recreated same views, they appear perfectly fine.
The problem only occurs in a specific file no matter which computer I open it on. and it occurs in isometric views only; Perspective doesn't show those weird bands.

I think it's a graphics card issue and related to color banding.  That's where I'd start troubleshooting from.
