Revit 2026 - Working with Elements constrained to a Level

It's years I'm facing the usual problem of removing wrong Levels some Revit beginners placed on top of other levels and constraining elements to that. 
I wish there was a tool, similar to the Worksets dialog allowing users to Delete a Level and assigning all elements constrained to that, to another Level, without risking to delete elements or going through hundreds of pointless warnings.

Sounds like beginners get let loose on projects without proper mentoring or guidance? 

You might post that in the ideas forum. It would be nice if there was such option, though.

There isn’t a native “delete and reassign” option for Levels. The safest workflow is to select or schedule everything hosted/constrained to the duplicate Level, change its Base/Reference Level to the correct one while preserving offsets, then delete the empty Level. Dynamo is useful when hundreds of elements are involved.

Hi, I am aware of that, I use Revit since Architecture 2009.
A solution is not a Dynamo script. A solution is an available tool build in Revit everyone can use.
This is a problematic aspect since a lot of new users, or even mid-experienced sometimes might find, where you can create a storey plan from a ref. Level but the process is not reversable.
Many times I find thousand or elements constrained to levels and, even if I manage to disassociate them from their Level, hundreds of warnings pop out and often the process drives you to delete elements for no reason or you give up after too many warnings.
Again, as a BIM Manager I cannot blame people, I need to find solutions and the way Revit constraints elements is too rigid in the ever changing architecture workflow where everything can change anytime and I often I don't have the time to Dynamo solutions that should be native in Revit like Disassociate from> Associate to.
If you have a Script (probably a Python one) to suggest, I am happy to test it.
